Order cancellation takes forever. I’ve had this issue twice — items were ordered but not delivered within the promised time. I had to order from somewhere else and cancel these orders. One of them was a birthday gift that ended up arriving late because of this! Support says the order will be canceled within 24–48 hours, but that’s simply not true. The order status doesn’t change. When you contact support again, they say “don’t worry, the order won’t be shipped” — which is also not true. In the end, 48 hours pass and the order gets shipped anyway — not canceled! On the third contact, support says the order will only be canceled once the item is returned to the warehouse. Unbelievable! You never even saw or received the item, yet you’re expected to wait for it to be returned first. This is the height of unprofessionalism.
