Fraudsters with poor customer service

Horrible customer service They indeed are fraudsters I purchased a crib for my baby nd it came with missing items the due date was 9 April I bought it a week earlier and the case was pending they kept saying they were working on it that they will send the missing items then they sent someone to recuperate it without my permission then they insisted three times to send drivers tween they reach the house they tell me they have no space to take it. Then they promised to offer a crib free of charge coz of this terrible experience but in the end they lied they took the bed did not refund and says they refunded and offered a 70 aed voucher which is a scam for the amount of a baby crib of 1200 aed this was really disrespectful not to mention the terrible frustration they put me through while my baby is almost a month old born without bed because of their games

Bad experience

Extremely poor customer service. I returned a breast pump due to a manufacturing defect, and the replacement process took far longer than expected. This caused significant inconvenience, especially as I rely on it daily. I would not recommend. خدمة العملاء سيئة جدًا. قمت بإرجاع مضخة الحليب بسبب عيب مصنعي، إلا أن عملية الاستبدال استغرقت وقتًا أطول بكثير من المتوقع، مما سبب لي إزعاجًا كبيرًا، خاصة أنني أعتمد عليها بشكل يومي. لا أوصي بالتعامل معهم

Order cancellation takes forever

Order cancellation takes forever. I’ve had this issue twice — items were ordered but not delivered within the promised time. I had to order from somewhere else and cancel these orders. One of them was a birthday gift that ended up arriving late because of this! Support says the order will be canceled within 24–48 hours, but that’s simply not true. The order status doesn’t change. When you contact support again, they say “don’t worry, the order won’t be shipped” — which is also not true. In the end, 48 hours pass and the order gets shipped anyway — not canceled! On the third contact, support says the order will only be canceled once the item is returned to the warehouse. Unbelievable! You never even saw or received the item, yet you’re expected to wait for it to be returned first. This is the height of unprofessionalism.

DO NOT PURCHASE !!Charged twice for delivery. Charged very high shipping and handling fee already.

The charges for handling and shipping fee is hidden initially and shared toward the very end when I’m a click away from making payment. More disappointing is the price charged which is very high. Logistics and shipping should be reduced for better customer service. Worst experience is to pay the delivery guy separately again when receiving item. Worst app to purchase from. Total disappointment.
